    Euro 2020 Qualifying Draw

Friendlies have to be played on free dates, i'm not sure whether we are limited to UEFA members or not.

If they want to arrange a friendly fine, but they should offer a refund for those that don't want to attend.

    Euro 2020 Qualifying Draw

We are ranked 24th out of 24 in the combined League A & League B rankings, 8 teams are needed to make up the League A & B playoffs, so if 16 teams automatically qualify that leaves only 8 teams left which will all be in the play-offs. As another poster pointed out we can also make them by 8 teams out of League B automatically qualifying.

    Euro 2020 Qualifying Draw

It really isn't that complicated at all. We need 16 or more teams out of League A & B to make the finals automatically, if that happens we are in the play-offs.

    Euro 2020 Qualifying Draw

I could be wrong but i don't think Gibraltar is allowed to use the Victoria stadium for the Euros, they were given special dispensation for the Nations League due to the small attendances expected. They are due to start the renovation process early in 2019 to turn it into an 8,000 seater stadium.

A nice wee rendition tonight from their fans of "Grace" and they think that an all island team is somehow viable.

The only thing that frustrated me with Jones was his refusal to shoot, my seat is low down in the Kop and on 2-3 occasions in the 2nd half you could see him opening up a half yard of space to get a shot off but not wanting to take it.

Our formation is a 4-3-3 so there is no point playing 2 up front, Michael maybe having a look at different personel but he knows what formation he is wants to play, he has tried a 3-5-2 before but ended up abandoning it and a 4-4-2 is dead in top level football nowadays, everyone wants to have the 3 in the middle of the park, switching to a 2 in there would mean losing the middle of the park. The problem isn't playing Boyce as the focal point of the attack, the problem is the wide forwards are not coming into central areas at times and linking with him they are playing more as conventional wingers than wide forwards.

    Scotland

I wouldn't want them to win a raffle, their media is worse than the English, they have a hugely inflated sense of their importance to the football world.

He was at Shamrock Park for the u19 game on Wednesday night, so he is maybe over here this week taking in all the NI games.

There are some decent fans on there but sadly there are some real bigots to, there attempts to try and justify the bigotry amuse me, what does surprise me is how much their moderators let go, there is no way the majority of that stuff would be allowed on here.

Had a look through those training pictures, the only player i don't see is Jamal Lewis. That might explain why Bobby Burns has been called up.

I think he has named 28 players (originally 29 as Liam Donnelly was also called up) because he is expecting a few to pull out through injuries.

244 minutes of playing time, so not even 3 full matches

Its alright in saying that, but if you've watched some of our players in the last two games who aren't playing for their clubs you can see the sharpness just isn't there. There are quite a few who seem to have taken a dislike to Vassell and he is being judged on a whole 32 minutes of action in his two sub appearances. Today Michael has named 5 strikers in his squad, Lafferty has played 19 minutes from the last international break, Magennis 209 minutes; Paul Smyth 0 minutes; Liam Boyce 460 minutes; Kyle Vassell 268 minutes; so two out of the five strikers have barely kicked a ball in the last month, it doesn't make much sense to replace one of those who have been playing with Conor Washington has had 16 minutes of action in this last month. If all of them were playing regularly then based on what Washington has done in the past he would IMO be in easily ahead of both of them but that is not the situation at the moment. Having said all that i believe that If Grigg had've been fit i doubt Vassell would have been in the squad.

According to Michael, its through lack of game time, but if one or two forwards pull out he will be called up.

    UEFA considering international leagues

    Yes, its your head to head record vs the team you are level on points with. Tiebreaker criteria in order is:- 1) Higher number of points obtained in the matches played among the teams in question; 2) Superior goal difference in matches played among the teams in question; 3) Higher number of goals scored in the matches played among the teams in question; 4) Higher number of goals scored away from home in the matches played among the teams in question;

    Post Mortem

Michael said he was injured in his BBC interview.

    Post Mortem

Boyce was injured and couldn't play, its now been confirmed as well that Grigg is probably out of the Bosnia game after his injury tonight, so you might be seeing Vassell on Monday night. Thats a very harsh judgement on Vassell based on 15 minutes.

    Post Mortem

100% agree, a complete waste of time, we have little attacking threat playing this way, if MON wants the 3 in the middle of the pitch, then play a 3-5-2 with McNair as a right sided cb, Dallas wide on the right and with Lewis wide on the left, that allows you to play Grigg + 1 Other.

The comments from Michael don't sound great, if it were a serious personal issue, i doubt Michael would be saying "I will address this situation after the international period"
