Bosnia play their matches in Zenica which at first blush, looks a bit of a sh*thole

It's only an hour's drive from Sarajevo, two hours on the train.

Stadium holds 15,600 so 780 tickets for us will easily be enough I reckon (away allocations for the NL are 'a minimum of 5%').

Sarajevo is a fantastic city full of history and nice vibes.  I'd definitely recommend it.  It has plenty of bars restaurants nightlife etc.

Zenica is pleasant enough but not a tourist town.  Not much to do there.  The stadium is small but doubt there will be any ticket issues.  It is easily reached by motorway from Sarajevo.  I stayed in Pension (or Pansion) Fontana in Zenica which includes a bar and restaurant.  I'd definitely go back there again.

Security was really tight so allow plenty of time to get in.

Flights were a pain.

Don't forget Bratislava for cheap access to Vienna flights wise.

Yeah but wonder if they will be as strict in distribution as they were in Basel...ID etc blocking guys buying ones for their mates. Can't see Bosnia being over subscribed anyway

Austria could well be over subscribed

Austria rarely get anywhere near full capacity. The last time they got a big crowd (48,500) was against RoI in November 2016. 42k against Serbia, 13k v Georgia and 21k v Moldova. I reckon if we need more tickets beyond our 5k allocation, we'll get them.

would really have loved Wales for some revenge but will settle with those 2

Wasn't it 4-3 against Austria the last time we payed them at home and i think Michael scored?

Can't see Austria selling out 50,000 against us. We aren't exactly a big crowd puller. You'd envisage about 4,000 travelling, less so to Bosnia given the travelling issues/difficulties.
