Ticket Fiasco

I'm on the day trip with Gulliver's Travel, and emailed the IFA before 5pm Monday as requested for away tkt pick up at the ground. (Gulliver's have since confirmed they are going to the Novotel). Suits as I don't have to queue at the hotel,more 'free time'. However, of course, the IFA have not got back to me to confirm I can collect at the ground. Anyone else in this situation, and any word back yet??

I have 5 members collecting at the stadium but in my request, I copied in a personal email address for one of the ticketing department members. I didnt get a reply from the generic address but got a thank you from the individual. I assume therefore that there wasnt an automatic receipt reply.
